Okimasa (起正), Shōwa (昭和, 1926-1989), Tōkyō – „Okimasa saku“ (起正作), „Tsukamoto Okimasa saku“ (塚本起正作), „Tsukamoto Ikkansai Okimasa saku“ (塚本一貫斎起正作), civilian name „Tsukamoto Shinpachi“ (塚本新八), he was according to transmission a late successor of the lineage of Yamamura Masanobu (山村正信), he studied under Kasama Shigetsugu (笠間繁継) and married his daughter, he worked as rikugun-jumei-tōshō and got several prices, he died at the age of 43, he worked mostly in the style of Kiyomaro (清麿) and lived in Tōkyō ́s Setagaya district (世田谷)
